Before I get started, I would just like to point out that the voice narrating PrintFriendly.com's How-To video sounds like HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey and that is creepy.
Anyway, besides the creep factor, I really liked this website. Printing from the interent can be a big hassle, especially when trying to explain it to patrons. In the past I would copy and paste info into a Word document and try to edit it that way, which took more time than is tolerable. I will be recommending printfriendly.com to patrons and using myself in the future.
